Italian Dressing

This homemade Italian dressing recipe is a staple in any kitchen. It calls for a handful of basic ingredients, and it's delicious on salads, grains, and more!
  • 2 tablespoons MCT oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons red wine, rice wine or
  • apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Fresh lemon zest

Mix together and use as marinade. Store in air tight jar and refrigerate.
