- 2 tablespoons MCT oil
- 1-2 tablespoons red wine, rice wine or
- apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Fresh lemon zest
Mix together and use as marinade. Store in air tight jar and refrigerate.
