Shipping

We offer standard postage and express postage via the Australia Post network. Free standard postage is available for orders over $150 AUD. All orders include tracking.

If a product is returned to Slimtox Australia or not received due to customer error—including incorrect postage details, refused deliveries, or similar—the issue must be rectified at the customer's expense, including an additional fee for re-delivery.

If a product is returned to Slimtox Australia and the customer does not wish to pay for re-delivery, the product cost will be refunded, excluding any postage fees, program costs and merchant fees.

Shipping cutoffs are estimated by couriers and are not guaranteed by Slimtox Australia. To ensure you receive your order on time, we recommend purchasing express shipping and ordering before the recommended dates. Australian Shipping

• Standard shipping in Australia: 3 - 5 business days.

• Express shipping in Australia: 1 - 2 business days, depending on the region.

International Shipping

• Standard international shipping: 7 - 14 business days, depending on the region and customs clearance.

• Express international shipping: 4 - 7 business days, depending on the region and customs clearance.

International Orders / Customs

Any order shipped outside Australia is subject to local import laws, which may attract customs fees, taxes, duties, and similar charges. Slimtox Australia recommends that all international customers contact the relevant country's import office to discuss applicable fees and timing before placing an order. Any fees or charges related to such imports are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. If a customer refuses delivery due to customs fees or charges and the product is returned to Slimtox Australia, only the product cost will be refunded; shipping costs are non-refundable.
