PRODUCT INFORMATION

Every person will experience weight loss differently. Some have reported losses of 5 kilograms in their first week and an average of 8 kilograms in one month. Individual results will vary from person to person. The most we have seen someone achieve on our program is 54.4 kilogram loss over 6 months.

Disclaimer: If you are in a healthy weight range with only 3-4 kilos to lose, this program may not be suitable for you.

Our program requires you to limit your calories to a very low intake. Therefore it's not recommended to follow our program while breastfeeding or pregnant.

Our homeopathic drops do not have a taste. You may notice a slight 'alcohol' taste when you have administered the drops in your mouth but this will subside quickly.

All homeopathic remedies are made in batches and some batches may have a slight variation in taste to a previous batch, but the formula and potency will remain the same.

Most definitely. This is a convenient way to ensure that you always have a consistent level of our formula in your body 24/7 doing what it's suppose to do.

If you're experiencing irritation where the patch is applied, adjusting the wearing time can offer relief. By wearing the patch for a shorter period, your skin is exposed to the active ingredients for less time, which can decrease the chance of irritation or allergic reactions.

It's important to find the right balance for your skin. Starting with a shorter duration, like 6-8 hours, and gradually increasing it can help identify the maximum time your skin can tolerate comfortably while still receiving the therapeutic benefits. Feel free to experiment with different durations to find what works best for you.

IRRITANT CONTACT DERMATITIS

If you experience redness or itchiness where your patch sits, apply an appropriate soothing gel or topical corticosteroids cream (1%) which is available from the pharmacy.

Irritant Contact Dermatitis such as this, is not a fault of the product and is usually caused by your skins reaction to the gel adhesive.

Transdermal patches typically aren't waterproof due to the nature of their design and intended function. They're engineered to deliver medication or active ingredients through the skin and into the bloodstream over a period of time. Making them waterproof would require a different kind of material that might interfere with this process or prevent the skin from breathing properly.

Additionally, waterproofing might affect the adhesive properties of the patch, potentially leading to it not sticking well to the skin or causing irritation. Ensuring proper adhesion is crucial for the patch to effectively deliver the intended dosage.

While there might be waterproof patches available for specific purposes, they often come with their own set of design considerations and limitations. For most transdermal patches, maintaining their permeability and adherence to the skin outweighs the need for waterproofing.

Our patches should not be worn swimming or showering.

You will take 10 drops twice a day to use in conjunction with the IGNITE Drops and Slimming Body Patches to help manage appetite.

The Crave Control formula has been created to help balance leptin hormone. Your level of Leptin is one factor which regulates your appetite, body weight and metabolism. 

Leptin signals to the brain that there is enough energy (fat) stored. Your body is then triggered to burn stored fat for energy.

We always recommend consulting your Primary Healthcare Professional such as your GP, Naturopath or Nutritionist to discuss the suitability of our products, particularly if you are currently taking any herbal remedies or have existing health conditions. If you are on pharmaceutical medications please seek their advice on what's right for your individual needs.

If you are currently on prescription medication which has caused weight gain, our program may not be suitable for you.

It's advised to refrain from alcohol during the program for best results.

Alcohol becomes the most accessible source of fuel as it enters the blood stream almost immediately upon consumption. If your body had a choice between burning alcohol or burning stored FAT ... it burns the alcohol first.

Refunds will only apply to those items which are faulty, significantly different to those shown or described within our website or unsafe to use due to damaged packaging. 

Refunds are not issued for change of mind. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

We recommend you store your drops safely away using the box you received them in.

DO NOT STORE IN THE FRIDGE.

Always keep them out of direct sunlight or heat and away from electronic or magnetic devices as well as essential oils as this will interfere with the harmonics of the homeopathic remedy.

Take your drops at least 20 minutes before or after you eat or drink. Any strong odours such as toothpaste or coffee will overpower the remedy. You may drink water immediately after your dosage.

Discard after 3 months of opening the bottle. Unopened bottles will keep for up to 12 months if stored correctly.

Digital (Electronic) Program Guide is a PDF file which is included in all program bundles and emailed after purchase. A copy of the guide is also included in your order bundle and accessible with a unique QR code.

When using digital programs, it is essential to download and save them to your device as they will not be reissued.

Program links will remain active for 6 months post-purchase.

Programs are updated from time-to-time and copies can be purchased from our website under shop>digital guides.

Refunds are not considered for Digital Program Guides.

In Australia, Homeopathic preparations that are more dilute than a 1,000 fold dilution of a mother tincture (4X and above) are not required to be on the ARTG as they are considered to be sufficiently low risk.

All ingredients in our products are plant based herbal extracts. They do not contain hormones from human or animal sources.

We do not claim that our products are designed to treat, cure or diagnosis any illness or disease. They are a complementary product to use in conjunction with a balanced nutritional eating plan.

Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

We also accept payments by third party gateways such as Laybuy, Afterpay and Zip.

Only one discount code can be used per order. Discounts cannot be applied post-purchase. Additionally, we will not refund any discount amount if you fail to apply the code to your order. Each valid discount code has an expiration date and can be used only once.

Orders are processed and despatched within 2 working day from order confirmation.

International orders can take up to 10-14 working days. Delays may be experienced at customs. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges payable at the border/customs.

Returns & Refunds

IMPORTANT! Due to the health risks from tampering & compromised storage conditions all products purchased from SLIMTOX website are sold on a “No Return Basis”.

We accept refunds or exchanges in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This enables you to return a product that is:

  • Faulty
  • Significantly different to those shown or described
  • Unsafe due to damaged packaging (such as broken glass/bottles)

No Return Basis
The term “ No Return Basis” means that, unless the product is “damaged”, “faulty” or “incorrect”, the product will not be accepted for return.

Note: Digital Assets, Program Guides and other digital download files are NOT eligible for a refund after purchase.

Contact us immediately and we may be able to cancel your order. In most circumstances, orders are processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

When you receive your order from us and you identify that it is incorrect in anyway, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order to advise us so we can make the appropriate arrangements for replacement, return or a refund. Refunds are issued to the same payment method of original transaction.

SLIMTOX cannot accept for return any product if the packaging is damaged, the seal has been opened or the product used in any way, unless the product concerned is considered to be faulty after it is opened.

If a product/s is damaged or you consider it to be faulty please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order and we will advise you if the product/s are to be returned and replaced or a refund is to be issued. – refunds are issued to the same method of payment that you used to place the order.

Generally if any product you order from us is considered to be faulty, we wish to have it returned to us so that it can be passed on to the supplier of that product for review as part of ensuring product standards and quality are maintained.

Sales Duty and Import / Customs Fees

Any duty & import fees must be paid by the recipient. If you refuse the shipment from us/choose to abandon the shipment, you agree that you will not be refunded.

International Shipments

Please be aware: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage. No refunds will be issued.

Please check with your local customs agency before importing any orders if you are unsure of your country’s rules or regulations. Packages that are “abandoned” at customs will usually be sent back to SLIMTOX. These orders will not be refunded.

If the shipping address on your order is incorrect or incomplete, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, loss of package, or other delivery issues if you’ve made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind.

If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees. Unfortunately, unless the order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged, resalable condition and in it’s original unopened packaging, we can not issue a refund. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Refunds will not be processed for orders that are "rejected by the customer" at delivery point and subsequently returned to SLIMTOX Head Office.

We are unable to offer a refund on product/s if you have been advised to stop taking them by your healthcare professional.

If you are under the supervision of a healthcare professional for a specific medical condition or are using other prescribed medication, please check with your healthcare professional before purchasing product/s from SLIMTOX.

If you have allergies and food sensitivities, are on other prescribed medications, or have a history of sensitivities to similar products, please check ingredients on all our products and seek advice from your own health care professional before purchasing our products. 

Patch irritation is not considered an 'adverse reaction'. Please wear your patch as directed in the program guide.

Nausea, lethargy and headaches are all detox symptoms which may be experienced during the first week of the program. This is not a reaction to our products.

Any refunds that are considered will be at the discretion of the SLIMTOX Company Directors. Refunds may be processed either by bank transfer or via original payment method excluding postage costs (and bundle discounts) along with associated merchant fees. 

All goods must be returned in 'as new' condition which has not been opened or tampered. Returned items which have not been authorised will not be accepted or processed for refund.
