Product Information

How much weight will I lose?

Every person will experience weight loss differently. Some have reported losses of 5 kilograms in their first week and an average of 8 kilograms in one month. Individual results will vary from person to person. The most we have seen someone achieve on our program is 54.4 kilogram loss over 6 months.

Do the drops have a taste?

Our new Ignite Metabolism Drops do have a distinct (intense) taste due to the preservative (alcohol).

You may notice a tingling sensation (just like mouthwash), but it will not pose any harm. You can add your drops to a small amount of water and swish which helps reduce the intensity of the taste.

Alcohol is a natural preservative which is common practice in traditional homeopathic remedies worldwide to prevent the growth of any biologicals in the formula including contamination on the dropper from mouth to dispensing dosage.

How long should I wear a patch for?

There is no additional benefits by wearing your patch for longer than 24 hours. We do recommend wearing 2 patches a time together to enhance the dosage absorbed by your body.

Patches can be worn during the day or evening. They are not waterproof so please avoid wearing them in the shower or swimming as the formula could be diluted and the gel adhesive become less 'sticky' to apply.

Can I use drops and patches together?

Most definitely. This is a convenient way to ensure that you always have a consistent level of our formula in your body 24/7 doing what it's suppose to do.

When do I use Crave Control?

You will take 10 drops twice a day to use in conjunction with the IGNITE Drops and Slimming Body Patches to help manage appetite.

The Crave Control formula has been created to help balance leptin hormone. Your level of Leptin is one factor which regulates your appetite, body weight and metabolism. 

Leptin signals to the brain that there is enough energy (fat) stored. Your body is then triggered to burn stored fat for energy.

Patch Irritation

Sometimes it is possible that the patch has left a slight irritation at the site that you have placed your patch. This may be a reaction to the gel adhesive.

If this does occur please remove the patch and put some aloe vera gel on it. The redness will subside after a day or two.

Also, please ensure your skin is completely dry and free from moisture or oils/creams when applying your patch.  If you have worn your patch while exercising and experience excessive sweating, please remove patch and place a new patch on after showering. The gel adhesive and nutrients are 100% plant based and are not known to cause any lasting irritation or allergic reactions.

It is not recommended to wear your patch whilst bathing or swimming.

Do your products expire?

Our drop formulas are homeopathic and are best used within 12 months from date of purchase if unopened. If they have been opened please discard after 3 months. 

Patches have an expiry date which is printed on both the inside sleeve and outer box. When the inside sleeve has been opened, your patches must be used within 30 days.

What are your ingredients?

Slimming Body Patch: Homeopathic botanical proprietary blend of Irvingia Gabonensis, Sphaeranthus Indicus, Garcinia Cambogia, Fucus Vesiculosus, L-Arginine, L-Carnitine, L-Thanine, L-Alaline, Astragalus Root, Cobalamin (B12).

Ignite Metabolism Drops: Homeopathic non hormonal activator containing bioenergetic homaccord frequencies of hCG 6x, 12x, 30x, 60x plus homeopathic homaccord of L Carnitine, Ornithine, Arginine 4x, 6x, 12x, 24x in distilled water plus 20% Ethanol (95.2 %v/v).

*The amino acids are the active ingredients. This means they help your body to naturally produce hCG while using the drops. The 4x, 6x, 12x, 24x refers to the vibrations of the active ingredients.

CONTAINS ALCOHOL. Our liquid homeopathic remedies contain alcohol (ethyl alcohol 95.2%v/v) which act as a preservative. All homeopathic remedies must have ethanol as a preservative to prevent growth of micro organisms or bacteria. A 20% formula is standard across many homeopathy practices worldwide. Some people may experience a more intense taste than others. 

Crave Control Drops: Homeopathic recombinant Leptin 6C, 30C, 200C, plant sourced omega 3, anythocyanins, hemp seeds, vitamin c, turmeric, spirulina, alpha-lipoid acid, purified water, alcohol.

These drops should not be taken if you have sensitivities or if you are suffer from alcohol addictions or are pregnant. 

Will your program work if I'm on medication?

We always recommend consulting your Primary Healthcare Professional such as your GP, Naturopath or Nutritionist to discuss the suitability of our products, particularly if you have any underlying health conditions or are on pharmaceutical medication, as they can advise on what's right for your individual needs.

If you are currently on prescription medication resulting in unwanted weight gain, our program may not be suitable for you.

Can I still drink alcohol?

It's advised to refrain from alcohol during the program for best results.

Alcohol becomes the most accessible source of fuel as it enters the blood stream almost immediately upon consumption. If your body had a choice between burning alcohol or burning stored FAT ... it burns the alcohol first.

Can I return my order?

Refunds will only apply to those items which are faulty, significantly different to those shown or described within our website or unsafe to use due to damaged packaging. 

Refunds are not issued for change of mind. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

Returns & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT! Due to the health risks from tampering & compromised storage conditions all products purchased from SLIMTOX website are sold on a “No Return Basis”.

We accept refunds or exchanges in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This enables you to return a product that is:

No Return Basis
The term “ No Return Basis” means that, unless the product is “damaged”, “faulty” or “incorrect”, the product will not be accepted for return.

Change of mind
We do not offer a refund, replacement or exchange if you change your mind about a product or products you have purchased from SLIMTOX, so please choose what you wish to order carefully and make sure what you purchase is exactly what you need. 

Note: Digital Assets, Program Guides and other digital download files are NOT eligible for a refund after purchase.

Contact us immediately and we may be able to cancel your order. In most circumstances, orders are processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect orders
When you receive your order from us and you identify that it is incorrect in anyway, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order to advise us so we can make the appropriate arrangements for replacement, return or a refund. Refunds are issued to the same payment method of original transaction.

If your order or part of is incorrect due to a processing error by SLIMTOX, we will replace it no charge or offer a full refund. 

SLIMTOX cannot accept for return any product if the packaging is damaged, the seal has been opened or the product used in any way, unless the product concerned is considered to be faulty after it is opened.

Damaged and faulty products
If a product/s is damaged or you consider it to be faulty please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order and we will advise you if the product/s are to be returned and replaced or a refund is to be issued. – refunds are issued to the same method of payment that you used to place the order.

Generally if any product you order from us is considered to be faulty, we wish to have it returned to us so that it can be passed on to the supplier of that product for review as part of ensuring product standards and quality are maintained.

Unclaimed or Returned Orders
Please check with your local customs agency before importing any orders if you are unsure of your country’s rules or regulations. Packages that are “abandoned” at customs will usually be sent back to SLIMTOX. These orders will not be refunded.

Incorrect Address or Returned Items
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect or incomplete, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, loss of package, or other delivery issues if you’ve made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind.

If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees. Unfortunately, unless the order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged, resalable condition and in it’s original unopened packaging, we can not issue a refund. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Refunds will not be processed for orders that are "rejected by the customer" at delivery point and subsequently returned to SLIMTOX Head Office.

Medical advise to cease taking product
We are unable to offer a refund on product/s if you have been advised to stop taking them by your healthcare professional.

If you are under the supervision of a healthcare professional for a specific medical condition or are using other prescribed medication, please check with your healthcare professional before purchasing product/s from SLIMTOX.

You have an adverse reaction to a product
If you have allergies and food sensitivities, are on other prescribed medications, or have a history of adverse reaction to nutritional supplements, please check ingredients on all our products and seek advice from your own health care professional before purchasing our products.

Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

We use Australia Post for our domestic and international orders. All orders are sent with SIGNATURE REQUIRED*.  If you are not in attendance at the delivery address, your parcel will be delivered to your local Post Office awaiting collection.

Pre Orders

If you purchased a 'Pre-Order' item, Pre-Order means the item is currently not in stock, so it will be processed and sent to you as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse. Pre-Order dates are an estimate and not an exact date. ** 

Please triple check all shipping details listed is correct prior to completing your order. Once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes. The address submitted on order is final.

Sales Duty and Import / Customs Fees

Any duty & import fees must be paid by the recipient. If you refuse the shipment from us/choose to abandon the shipment, you agree that you will not be refunded.

Shipping Disclaimer

We (Slimtox Australia Pty Ltd), ship orders as soon as possible; however, this will not always be the same day that the order is placed. In general, please allow 1-3 business days for processing time and please note that during sale periods we may have additional delays. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when order is placed. 

Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed. If customer does not receive this email confirmation, please double check any spam folders.

Slimtox Australia Pty Ltd trading as SLIMTOX, is not responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) or investigations direct with carrier for damaged, lost or stolen shipments.  Refunds will not be issued for a stolen parcel which has been confirmed delivered by the delivery service.

In most instances, once an investigation has been lodged, the parcel is found and redelivered by the delivery service.

Customers are responsible for providing Slimtox Australia Pty Ltd with their correct daytime shipping address. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.  Slimtox Australia Pty Ltd does not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases.

We do not offer refunds/exchanges for "change of mind".

International Shipments

We no longer ship to the UK. Shipments outside of Australia may sometimes take anywhere from 1-5 days via express and 2 to 4 weeks for standard delivery.

Please be aware: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage. No refunds will be issued.
