RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
IMPORTANT! Due to the health risks from tampering & compromised storage conditions all products purchased from SLIMTOX website are sold on a “No Return Basis”.
When required under Australian Consumer Law, SLIMTOX Australia Pty Ltd will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where a product is deemed:
- Faulty
- Significantly different to those shown or described
- Unsafe due to damaged packaging
If you did not achieve the desired physical or aesthetic outcome from taking our products, or if you experienced any adverse reactions from any of the ingredients listed in our products, we will not issue refunds as these conditions are not a result of the product being damaged or faulty as outlined above.
We refrain from providing a money-back guarantee for weight loss due to the intricate and highly individual nature of the process.
Weight loss outcomes can be influenced by a multitude of factors, such as genetics, metabolism, medical conditions, lifestyle choices, and adherence to our customised program. The effectiveness of weight loss methods varies significantly from person to person, making it challenging to guarantee specific results. Moreover, sustainable and healthy weight loss often requires long-term commitment and gradual changes, making it difficult to accurately predict short-term outcomes.
Instead of focusing solely on results, we are committed to offering comprehensive support, evidence-based guidance, and tailored resources to help individuals achieve their weight loss goals in a holistic and realistic manner.
It is important to note that weight loss results can vary greatly from person to person due to individual differences, metabolism, genetics, lifestyle, and adherence to the program. While we are dedicated to assisting our customers in reaching their weight loss goals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for every individual.
Therefore, we have established the following policy regarding refunds for weight loss programs:
- Non-Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee weight loss outcomes for every customer. Our programs provide guidance, resources, and support, but the results ultimately depend on various factors beyond our control.
- No Refunds for Lack of Results: We do not provide refunds to customers solely based on not achieving the desired weight loss results. Our programs require commitment, consistency, and adherence to the recommended guidelines to maximise the chances of success.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for actively participating in the program, following the provided instructions and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Lack of compliance may affect the results.
- Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered in rare circumstances and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a customer experiences extenuating circumstances that significantly impact their ability to participate in the program, they may reach out to our customer support team to discuss their situation.

We do not offer a refund, replacement or exchange if you change your mind about a product or products you have purchased from SLIMTOX, so please choose what you wish to order carefully and make sure what you purchase is exactly what you need.
Note: Digital Assets, Program Guides and other digital download files are NOT eligible for a refund after purchase. Any refunds that may be considered will be less the value of the digital content plus associated merchant fees.
We do not accept cancellations for orders due to change of mind.
We strive to provide the best value to all our customers through our various sales events. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or apply sale prices to orders placed prior to the commencement of a sale event.
All sales and promotions are time-specific, and discounts cannot be retrospectively applied to past purchases.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to take advantage of future sales and promotions as they become available.
If upon receiving your order, you find any discrepancies, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. This will enable us to assist you promptly and facilitate the necessary arrangements for a replacement, return, or refund (if applicable).
If your order or part of is incorrect due to a processing error by SLIMTOX, we will replace it no charge or offer a full refund.
SLIMTOX cannot accept for return any product if the packaging is damaged, the seal has been opened or the product used in any way, unless the product concerned is considered to be faulty after it is opened.
Please check your order immediately upon receipt to ensure it has been received in good condition. If a product/s is damaged or you consider it to be faulty please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will advise you if the product/s are to be returned and replaced or if it is eligible for a refund.
We will do our best to replace any damaged product in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws. If the product is not currently available, a credit note will be issued or if the item is no longer available, we will offer a credit or a refund.
Refunds, if approved, will be granted at the discretion of SLIMTOX Company Directors. Approved refunds may be issued through the original payment method, excluding postage costs and bundle discounts, Program E-guide ($35) plus merchant fees (9% order total) and cancellation fee of $40 per order.
Refunds will not be offered to orders placed prior to the commencement of a sale event or discounted price.
Refunds are not issued for inability to complete the program or any irritant contact dermatitis from wearing the transdermal patches. Please read our information before purchase to ensure our products are suitable for you.
Please check with your local customs agency before importing any orders if you are unsure of your country’s rules or regulations. Packages that are “abandoned” at customs will usually be sent back to SLIMTOX. These orders will not be refunded.
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect or incomplete, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, loss of package, or other delivery issues if you’ve made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind.
If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees. Unfortunately, unless the order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged, resalable condition and in it’s original unopened packaging, we can not issue a refund. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Refunds will not be processed for orders that are "rejected by the customer" at delivery point and subsequently returned to SLIMTOX Head Office.
We are unable to offer a refund on product/s if you have been advised to stop taking them by your healthcare professional.
If you are under the supervision of a healthcare professional for a specific medical condition or are using other prescribed medication, please check with your healthcare professional before purchasing product/s from SLIMTOX.
Herbal products like our drops and patches may affect the effectiveness of prescription medications.
We will only accept returns for damaged or faulty goods that are not opened. Due to dietary supplement regulations worldwide, we cannot issue any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not happy with the efficacy or taste of our products.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for 'change of mind' purchases or products that have been opened. We do not have a 'money back or taste guarantee'.
While we strive to provide a diverse range of flavours to suit different preferences, taste perception can vary from person to person.
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds solely based on dissatisfaction with the taste of our protein powder flavours. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their flavour preferences before making a purchase.
If you have allergies and food sensitivities, are on other prescribed medications, or have a history of adverse reaction to nutritional supplements, please check ingredients on all our products and seek advice from your own health care professional before purchasing our products.
Refunds are not issued if you experience an irritation to the patch gel adhesive. If you do experience irritation, redness or sensitivity concerns please remove immediately and contact our team for advice.
Harassment is unacceptable and unreasonable behaviour which the company will not tolerate.
If any of our team members feel intimidated, abused, discriminated or harassed by customers via online forums or email, any orders placed will be cancelled immediately without notice.
