REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

We do not accept returns for change of mind or misuse of products. To ensure the highest quality and safety of our products, all sales are final once an order has been placed. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team, and we will gladly assist you. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds will not be issued for any claims of adverse reactions to our products. As individual responses may vary, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.

REPLACEMENT ITEMS

We reserve the right to replace any item that is damaged or incorrectly supplied. Refunds are not provided. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team, and we will arrange for a replacement. We are committed to ensuring you receive the correct products in perfect condition.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be accepted if they are requested prior to your order status changing to ‘Processing’. Once the order has begun processing and is due for dispatch a refund is not available. Please note the time for an order to enter a ‘Processing’ state will depend on the day, and volume of orders pending.

REFUND DEDUCTION POLICY

In rare cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be issued minus postage costs incurred by us, merchant fees, and a $55 program fee. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion and only in exceptional circumstances. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

POSTAGE COSTS

Postage costs are non-refundable.

DIGITAL PROGRAM E-GUIDES

Our programs are digital and, as such, are non-refundable. In cases where a refund is approved for physical products, the program cost will be deducted from the reimbursement amount. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion and only under exceptional circumstances.
