- Take 7 drops under the tongue three times daily.
- Hold the drops under the tongue for approximately 40 seconds.
- Allow at least 20 minutes before and after taking the drops before eating or drinking.

- Discontinue after Day 28.
- Always follow the directions provided on the product label.
Slimming Body Patches
- Apply one patch each day to clean, dry and hair-free skin.
- Wear the patch for up to 8 hours.
- Remove and replace the patch daily.
- Rotate the application area each day.
- Do not apply to irritated, damaged or broken skin.
