Shipping

We offer standard postage and express postage via the Australia Post network. Free standard postage is available for orders over $150 AUD. All orders include tracking.

If an order is returned because you supplied an incorrect address, did not collect it or refused delivery, please contact us. Where the return was caused by your error, reasonable additional postage costs may apply for re-delivery. We will explain and agree these costs with you before resending.

If we agree to a change-of-mind refund instead of resending the physical products, we will explain the refund amount and any lawful deductions before processing it. Any postage deductions will be limited to reasonable costs actually incurred because of your error. We will not automatically deduct merchant fees or a fixed program fee. A refund for physical products does not automatically include a refund for digital guides.

These arrangements do not limit any refund, replacement or reimbursement you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.

    Shipping cutoffs are estimated by couriers and are not guaranteed by Slimtox Australia. To ensure you receive your order on time, we recommend purchasing express shipping and ordering before the recommended dates. All shipping arrivals are subject to courier delays, especially during peak periods. For any product and shipping inquiries, please contact hello@slimtox.com.au.

    Estimated Australian Delivery Timeframes

    • Standard Parcel Post: Approximately 5–9 business days.
    • Express Post: Approximately 2–5 business days.

    These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Deliveries to regional or remote areas may take longer. Always check your tracking for updates.

    Please note: Once an order has been dispatched, postage costs are non-refundable, including where delivery delays occur within the carrier’s network, except where otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

    Shipping to New Zealand

    • Standard international shipping: 7 - 14 business days, depending on the region and customs clearance.

    • Express international shipping: 4 - 7 business days, depending on the region and customs clearance.

    Shipping to other regions

    Due to current import and customs requirements, we do not currently ship to the United States or the United Kingdom.

    International Orders / Customs

    Any order shipped outside Australia is subject to local import laws, which may attract customs fees, taxes, duties, and similar charges. Slimtox Australia recommends that all international customers contact the relevant country's import office to discuss applicable fees and timing before placing an order. Any fees or charges related to such imports are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. If a customer refuses delivery due to customs fees or charges and the product is returned to Slimtox Australia, only the product cost will be refunded; shipping costs are non-refundable.
