1. About these Terms
This website is operated by SLIMTOX (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD, ABN 44 622 841 374, trading as SLIMTOX. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean SLIMTOX, and “you” means the person using our website or purchasing from us.
These Terms apply to your use of slimtox.com.au and purchases of our physical products, digital guides, programs and services. Read them together with the product information and policies made available before your purchase. You must be at least 18 to use this website or make a purchase. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to do so.
2. Your consumer rights
Our products and services come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms, our policies or disclaimers excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These protections apply to physical products, digital guides and services. They include applicable rights to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation. Any additional guarantee or commitment made when you purchased remains applicable to that purchase.
If another provision conflicts with rights protected by law, those rights prevail.
3. Product information and results
Please read the product description, ingredients, directions and warnings before purchasing or using a product. Products and programs should be used according to the instructions supplied.
Individual results vary. We do not promise a particular amount or speed of weight loss. Testimonials and case studies describe individual experiences and are not a promise that you will achieve the same result.
These statements do not limit our responsibility for accurate descriptions, promises we make or applicable consumer guarantees. If you believe information about your purchase is incorrect or incomplete, contact us.
4. Health information and suitability
Our website, guides and programs provide general information and are not a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a SLIMTOX program, particularly if you have a medical condition, are receiving treatment or take medication. SLIMTOX programs are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
If you take prescription medication or receive clinical weight-loss treatment, consult your treating doctor or pharmacist before using SLIMTOX products or starting a program. Show them the ingredients and directions for each product so they can assess suitability and possible interactions. Do not assume our products are suitable alongside your treatment, and follow all product warnings and restrictions. Do not stop or change prescribed medication without advice from your prescriber.
If you experience an adverse reaction, stop using the product and seek appropriate medical advice. Contact us about the product concern so we can assess it, including any applicable consumer rights. These precautions do not exclude our legal responsibilities.
5. Orders, prices and payment
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and check your order before completing payment. Prices and applicable charges are displayed during checkout. Changes to advertised prices apply to future purchases and do not automatically change an existing order.
If an availability, pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not substitute a materially different item or impose an additional charge without your agreement. If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we will provide the remedy required by law, including a refund where applicable.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery times are explained at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, location and customs processing. An estimate does not remove your rights concerning delivery within an agreed or reasonable time.
Contact hello@slimtox.com.au if your order has not arrived or there is a delivery problem. Our Shipping Policy operates subject to your consumer rights and any commitments made when you purchased.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

We do not offer change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Before dispatch, cancellation may be possible depending on processing progress; we will confirm the available options. These restrictions do not affect your consumer rights.
If a purchase is faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, contact us with your order number or other proof of purchase and details of the problem. We may assess the problem before providing a remedy.
For a major product failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we will provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time. Further remedies, including cancellation of services and compensation, may apply under Australian Consumer Law.
Please report problems promptly. Your rights are not restricted to a 24-hour reporting period, and original packaging is not required to exercise them. We reimburse reasonable return costs where a consumer guarantee problem is confirmed. Contact us for return instructions.
Refunds required by law are not reduced by merchant or administration fees. We do not automatically deduct a program fee from a statutory refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Adverse reactions and concerns raised by healthcare professionals are assessed individually, including applicable consumer rights.
8. Digital guides and programs
Digital guides are not refundable for change of mind, including once accessed or downloaded. If a guide is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
A refund for a physical item in a bundle does not automatically include a refund for the digital guide. We assess the affected items and refund amount according to the circumstances and your consumer rights.
Digital delivery and access are as described when you purchase. Contact us if you cannot access purchased content. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, guides and program materials are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may use your purchased copy, but must not resell, publicly share or redistribute it without permission, except as allowed by law.
9. Website use and intellectual property
Use this website lawfully. Do not upload malicious code, interfere with security, gain unauthorised access, infringe intellectual property rights or harass others.
Website content, branding and materials belong to SLIMTOX or their respective rights holders. Apart from authorised personal use of purchased materials and uses permitted by law, you must obtain permission before copying, reproducing or distributing them.
If you have an account, take reasonable steps to keep login details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
10. Complaints, reviews and access restrictions
We welcome genuine feedback and ask everyone to communicate respectfully. A complaint or honest negative review does not affect your consumer rights. Refund requests are assessed on their merits, independently of whether you have posted a review.
We may take reasonable, proportionate steps to address threats, harassment, unlawful conduct or misuse of the website, including restricting access where necessary. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the restriction and provide an opportunity to address the issue. Restrictions do not remove rights relating to existing orders, paid content or unresolved claims. We will maintain a reasonable way to contact us about those matters.
11. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Links to independent third-party websites may be provided for convenience. Review their terms and privacy information before using them. This does not remove our responsibilities for products or services we supply.
12. Liability
Our liability is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by a failure to meet a consumer guarantee.
Health precautions, variable-results statements and third-party references do not override those obligations or promises made to you.
13. Changes, existing purchases and governing law
We may update these Terms for future website use and purchases, showing a new effective date. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights, guarantees, paid access or other commitments attached to an existing purchase. Material changes to an ongoing paid service will be communicated directly and handled consistently with your agreement and applicable law.
Australian law applies. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory legal protection or your right to approach a court, tribunal or consumer protection body available to you by law. If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
