Your Daily Slim Down Routine

Morning

Apply one Slimming Body Patch and one Berberine Body Patch to clean, dry and hair-free skin. Place the patches on separate areas of the body.

During the day

Follow the protein-first meal structure and food guidance provided in your 28-Day Slim Down program. Stay hydrated and include regular movement where appropriate.

After eight hours

Remove both patches and allow the application areas to rest. Apply new patches to different areas the following day.

Use both patches daily throughout the 28-Day Slim Down and discontinue after completing Day 28.
