Now 28 days: meet the current Slim Down format
The 28-Day Slim Down is the current SLIMTOX program format. It brings together food choices, portion guidance and a daily structure built around two protein-focused meals and two protein snacks, without fixed calorie counting.
If you remember the earlier 500-calorie instructions or the 26-Day Total Body Reset, use the new 28-Day Slim Down guide when starting the current program. Follow its updated meal structure and directions rather than combining instructions from different versions.

A separate 21-Day Nourish & Reset maintenance program
The separate 21-Day Nourish & Reset option includes one 50 mL bottle of Reset homeopathic drops and its digital guide. The guide is to support you during maintenance and covers meal planning, food variety, portion review and everyday eating routines over three weeks. Check the guide and product directions for the stage you are following.
Introducing the Complete Journey Bundle
For customers who prefer to purchase the range together, the SLIMTOX Complete Journey Bundle (an updated Shake Loss Ultimate Bundle) brings together Dutch Chocolate and Vanilla Bean protein powders, Slimming and Berberine Body Patches, Ignite+ and Reset Drops, and both digital program guides.
The bundle is currently listed for despatch from 30 October 2026. Check the product page for the latest despatch information. Ignite+ and Reset are used during their respective stages, consecutively rather than together; follow the individual product labels.
A familiar patch, with an updated name
You may also notice the Berberine Body Patch name in our range. Some packs may still be labelled “Crave Control” during the packaging changeover. This is the previous name for the same patch. The standalone product is patch-only and does not include a digital program guide.

Returning customers who already have the 28-Day Slim Down guide can choose refill bottles or patch packs. Select the refill option on the relevant product page rather than the option that includes the program.
Ignite+ refills contain the selected number of 50 mL bottles. The digital guide is not included with these refill options.
Slimming Body Patch refills are offered in single-pack and multi-pack options. Each patch pack contains 30 patches.
