Zoodles will become a popular accompaniment for many of your recipes. By incorporating zucchini as part of your meals, they will help improve digestion including reducing constipation and other digestive issues due to their high water content.
Wash and trim 2-3 large zucchinis and use a spiraliser to create zucchini spaghetti or zoodles as we like to call them. Prepare a whole batch and put into air tight containers or freeze them so you have them on hand and ready to go!

- To cook your zoodles, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large fry pan on medium heat.
- Once the oil is warm, add one teaspoon minced garlic (optional) or garlic salt and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add the zucchini noodles and sauté for 5 minutes, until just tender and al dente. Taste the noodles and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- You may need to drain the excess water before serving.
