Quick and tasty,
store this Ranch Dressing in the fridge to add flavour to meat and salads.
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup of milk soured with 1/2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Cream the cottage cheese till all the lumps are gone then add the other ingredients.
- Let it rest for at least an hour so the flavours mix. If it’s too thick you can thin it down with more milk or cream.
