INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons maple* or rice malt syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup SLIMTOX chocolate protein powder
- 2 tablespoons cacao or cocoa
METHOD
Place the peanut butter, syrup, vanilla and salt into a bowl and mix to combine. Add the protein powder and cacao or cocoa and mix. Use your hands to work the mixture until it resembles a cookie dough consistency. Shape the mixture into balls and lightly roll in chocolate protein powder to coat. Place in the fridge to set.
