Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

When you’re searching for an afternoon pick-me-up snack, or just a low-calorie protein ball recipe.. this is it!  

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple* or rice malt syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup SLIMTOX chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons cacao or cocoa

METHOD

Place the peanut butter, syrup, vanilla and salt into a bowl and mix to combine. Add the protein powder and cacao or cocoa and mix. Use your hands to work the mixture until it resembles a cookie dough consistency. Shape the mixture into balls and lightly roll in chocolate protein powder to coat. Place in the fridge to set.

*Look out for sugar free choices in your supermarket.

Serve. Eat. Enjoy.
