Low carb burger that tastes amazing all without a piece of bread. Add all your favourite salad vegetables to make this a HCG diet favourite.
INGREDIENTS
- 400gm lean chicken mince
- Iceberg lettuce cups
- Tomato (whole
- Beetroot slice
- Onion
DIRECTIONS
Add 100 grams chicken mince with a whole egg and mix together. Add in spices for flavour such as parsley, onion salt, garlic, salt & pepper.
In a fry pan, lightly spray with olive oil and cook patties.
When cooked, plate up and layer ingredients with lettuce, sliced onion, tomato, beetroot. Place burger and drizzle with a little low sugar sauce (or watered down bbq sauce). Continue layering top of patty with remaining ingredients.
Makes 4 pattie.
