INGREDIENTS
- 1 Apple, skin on
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- Packet of Stevia powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 4 Sprays coconut oil spray
DIRECTIONS
Mix the vanilla extract and lemon juice in a bowl. Brush over apple slices.
Grill the apple slices on a hot grill until grill marks appear, about 5 minutes on each side.
Spray cooked slices with coconut oil.
Mix cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon stevia powder in a bowl then sprinkle over hot apple slices and serve.
