Cacao Energy Balls

Great in between snack using the SLIMTOX protein powder to help with those 3 o'clock sugar fix. 


  • 2 scoops SLIMTOX Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 3/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1 1/2 cups medjool dates (roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons water


In a high speed blender or food processor, add your nuts and blend until crumbly texture remains. Do not over-blend as this will result in nut-butter. Add your Medjool dates and blend until thick and combined. Add cacao and protein powder. Continue to blend or pulsing regularly scraping down the sides to ensure it is fully mixed and add water if mixture appears too dry.

Pour batter into a large bowl. Lightly wet your hands and form the dough into small balls and place on lined plate and refrigerate for 10 minutes or until firm.
