Easy Air Fryer Salmon | Serves 4 servings

This Air Fryer recipe combines heart-healthy salmon, citrusy lemons and sweet paprika for flavourful and flaky salmon ready in just 12 minutes. Serve alongside roasted asparagus or broccoli or on top of a salad.

Ingredients:
▪️4 x 75 gram salmon fillets (approx 3cm thick)
▪️2 teaspoons olive oil
▪️1½ lemons (cut the whole lemon into slices, cut the half lemon in two)
▪️½ teaspoon sweet paprika
▪️salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
▪️Remove salmon from the refrigerator and let come to room temperature for 15 minutes.
▪️Spray Air Fryer pan with nonstick spray or use air fry tray liners
▪️Place salmon in Air Fryer pan.
▪️Drizzle salmon with olive oil and juice from the two half-lemon pieces; sprinkle with the paprika, salt and pepper (to taste).
▪️Place lemon slices on top of salmon.
▪️Set Air Fryer to 200°C and set timer to 12 minutes (or to 7 minutes if cooking just one fillet).
▪️When timer alarm goes off, check to see if salmon is cooked through (salmon’s internal temperature should be at least 64°C and the fish should flake easily).
▪️If additional cooking time is needed, keep Air Fryer at 200°C and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes (do not overcook).
