Quick and tasty, our Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry recipe is a great dish to prepare ahead of time and easily reheat as left overs. Cook up a double batch for the next day's lunch.
(Single serve: one protein, one vegetable)
- 100 grams lean ground mince
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 2 cups green cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon all spice seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
In a large pan, cook onion and mince until brown. Add remaining ingredients and cook until cabbage is soft, but not mushy.
Option to add in capscium, mushrooms, beans and turmeric for a little added spice.
