Which Program Should I Choose?

We have two programs available to help you achieve your weight loss goals. Both programs are extremely effective in helping you achieve weight loss and metabolic reset, however it will depend on your lifestyle and preferred choice of program.

The Original Program is based on a 26 day round and follows the basic food and calorie guidelines of a standard HCG Diet Protocol of 500 calories each day with no fat allowed. Launched in 2017, this program showed average losses of approximately 5-8 kilograms in 26 days.

The Slim Down & Reset Program was created in 2019 as an alternate program to the 500 Calorie Plan. Considered a 'lifestyle' program, it offers more variety and flexibility with food and meal choices. No phases or calorie counting, you are allowed to add 2-3 servings of healthy fats daily to your meals. This program has been extremely popular with positive feedback with many 'enjoying the variety' along with successful weight loss of 7-10 kilograms in 30 days.
