Breakfast Zoodles

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 medium zucchini (spiralized)
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 cup baby spinach

DIRECTIONS

Spray a pan with coconut oil over medium heat. Add spiralized zucchini and sauté for 10 minutes until cooked. Set aside.

Add an egg to the pan and fry (until yolk is just cooked).

Plate up with zucchini on plate and place cooked egg on top and serve with spinach on the side.
