How to Join the SLIMTOX Challenge
Every week you will receive your Challenge email which includes your tasks, new recipes, wellness blog and more.
As part of the Challenge, you must follow us on Instagram and tag us in your challenge tasks.

As part of your motivation and commitment to our Challenge, we will select one winner each week for their commitment to the program and challenge activities to win a small prize. This winner will be announced in our Facebook Support Group and Instagram Stories.
What Will The Challenges Be?
Each week the challenge tasks will vary. Below is an example on what you can expect:
SUNDAY: Try some form of self-care
MONDAY: Walk for at least 20 minutes
TUESDAY: Enjoy a new healthy recipe
WEDNESDAY: Practice mindful eating
THURSDAY: Switch off your phone or device before 8pm
FRIDAY: Eat a healthy salad with 3 new vegetables
SATURDAY: Make a meal using a pasta replacement
*Tag us on your social post #slimtoxchallenge @slimtox.co completing each daily challenge over the 7-day period.
