ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS? 2019-02-22T01:06:08+10:00

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent or disease. We recommend you seek professional advice before using any homeopathic remedies to ensure that are suitable for you.

We are not aware of any adverse side effects from our Homeopathic products. All symptoms which some may feel are side effects can be in fact detox symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness, headaches, body aches etc. and are usually temporary and lasting no longer than 3-5 days in the first 7 days of the program.  Again if you are unsure, we recommend you seek the advice of your healthcare professional.  A list of our 100% plant based ingredients is listed on each of our product pages.

ARE THEY SAFE TO USE WHILE PREGNANT 2018-10-15T23:42:37+10:00

As they are a natural product and do not contain any human hormones, our vitamin patches are safe to wear whilst taking contraception or while breastfeeding. We do not recommend our DETOX26 or Natura Patches to use while pregnant or breastfeeding.

CARING FOR YOUR PATCH 2018-06-10T04:01:21+10:00

Curling of your patches can occur. All our Transdermal Body Patches now include more advanced adhesive to prevent curling and to keep your patches firmly in place until you replace them.

Apply your transdermal patch to the lower abdomen area or the side of your breast, press very firmly and make sure they are away from clothes rubbing – like a waist band. Some of the patches may start to curl at the edges as a couple of days go by and this is normal so don’t be worried about it. Your skin will still be absorbing the nutrients.

Example: The best way to judge when to change is to apply the patch or patches on Monday morning and change on Thursday morning.

And after shower remember to press them firmly against the skin with a dry towel – press don’t rub.

Please ensure that you have entered the correct daytime delivery address as we are not responsible for any parcels that are not delivered or have been stolen. Any delivery enquiries should be discussed with the carrier direct which is usually Australia Post (within Australia).

DO THE DROPS HAVE A TASTE? 2019-02-22T01:06:08+10:00

No and they shouldn’t. Quality products like our ALL NATURAL PRODUCTS have little or no taste at all which is they way these products are suppose to. Similar products may have a slight alcohol taste to them but ours don’t as we use only organic grain alcohol which is very strong/pure and has no taste.

If your drops have an added flavour, this would have been done after the homeopathic batch has been developed. Flavouring homeopathic drops can nullify the formula if the end result has a strong odour or taste.

 

DO YOUR DROPS CONTAIN HCG? 2019-06-18T05:28:51+10:00

No. Both our Fat Burning Drops and Body Patches are HORMONE FREE. The actual hormone can only be administered with injections on prescription through a Medical Practitioner. Both our drops and patches achieve the same results as the hCG hormone injections. We offer an alternative for those who prefer not to be injected with the hormone. Our products are much more cost effective as well.

IS THIS SUITABLE FOR VEGANS? 2019-02-22T01:06:08+10:00

Our products are homeopathic plant based recipe. The program offers a vegan option to follow, however it is limited.  You will need to eat 100gm of protein twice a day for maximum results plus vegetables (total calorie intake is 500 calories).  It is also important that you have a B12 supplement while on the program.  We have found those who follow a vegan lifestyle choice are limited with protein choices such as mock meats and soy which can cause stalls and losses aren’t as high as those who are not following the Vegan lifestyle.

There are none. You simply choose your program to get started. 50ml or 12 patches is enough for a 26 day round. If you would like to extend your round simply buy additional Value Add-Ons at the checkout. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions or costs and you can do the program for as long as you like.  We recommend a minimum of 26 days for your body to reset itself at your new goal weight.

Refund & Returns Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Please read through our website thoroughly and understand how our products work and if they are suitable for you.

SLIMTOX Australia Pty Ltd are not obligated under Australian Consumer Laws to offer a refund because you “changed your mind”.  We will offer an exchange or credit where goods are faulty due to manufacturing, have been wrongly described or are different to the product you purchased on this website. All return requests must be made within 7 days of original purchase and products must be returned in their original condition with the tamper seal in tact (unopened) no later than 21 days from original purchase. We will not refund for used products.

Any refunds approved by Company Directors will be refunded by same payment gateway original order was placed if the above conditions are met.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. Refund amount will only be for the cost of the good purchased (not include delivery costs).

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with Australia Post. DETOX26 will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

If you are claiming the “product didn’t work for you” you need to substantiate your claim (provide evidence to support or prove the truth of).  This would include a detailed menu log of your daily menu and calories, progress photos from “monitor your weight” app or similar plus starting measurements and final measurements at Day 26. You should be honest with yourself as one “off protocol” food or drink will show on the scales and affect any success that you may have had.  The program will only work with the DETOX26 Slim Down & Detox Protocol which you received with your order. Please do not follow any other program or clean eating guidelines and think you will see the same results. 

We strongly encourage you to contact our team early on in the program if you are not seeing results straight away via Facebook Support Group so we can help guide you through the program and give you advise to tweak things in order for you to achieve the success you deserve.

STORING YOUR DROPS 2019-02-22T01:06:08+10:00

Drops should be kept in a cool, dark, dry place at room temperature away from heat and sunlight.  DO NOT STORE IN THE REFRIGERATOR as chilling the remedy can in fact nullify the potency of it.

If drops are unopened they will keep for up to 7 years. Opened bottles should be used within 6 months.  Small amounts of organic grain alcohol is added to the formula to prevent bacteria forming. The longer the bottle is kept unopened and stored correctly, the stronger the potency can become.

WHY CHOOSE A PATCH INSTEAD OF A PILL OR SUPPLEMENT?

That’s a good question. Firstly, when you take a tablet, pill or supplement like a multi vitamin tablet or shake, it needs to be processed and broken down and taken up into bloodstream.  This can take up to 3 to 4 hours and a lot of that is simply passed out your body as waste. Because the DETOX 26 Ignite drops and patches are mobilsing your stored fat, your body will be constantly feed by the broken down fat (abnormal fat). Most people report a feeling of being satisfied, as in not hungry, while using the Ignite Drops even though their actual food intake is only 500 calories.

If you have a day especially when you first start that you just feel ‘too hungry’ when your body is adjusting to absorbing your HCG – then boil and mash a potato. Add rice milk – never cows or any animal milk as it is full of fat and bacteria – also use some of the nutrient rich water that it’s been cooked in. Add salt and pepper and enjoy. Do not add no fat or butter (unless you are following the ketox program).

Or eat a small plate of boiled brown rice; add a little soy or similar sauce if required. Everyone is different, most people have just about no appetite after a couple of days others always feel a bit hungry. So adding a plate of mashed potato, baked potato or rice once a day – as above for the first week – will definitely not stop you losing weight nor will it make you put on any.

Quite possibly. But you don’t need to worry as it’s a detox symptom and is temporary and positive. As scary as it might feel/look/look  right now it’s not unusual to have a detoxification flare up.
What to do? Wear the patch for 3 days only and have 2 days break as you are releasing a lot of toxins from under the skin. This is not a side affect of the patch ingredients. The detoxification will go of its own accord and drinking water will help flush it out.
Many people have flare ups or breakouts like this and have rashes over chest and back but is very temporary and positive, better out than in. Your body will thank you for it later as you are getting rid of allergies. The program is about healing them not just managing.
